ELRA Strengthens Procurement Transparency at BPP Kano Stakeholders’ Meeting Through Lease Registration Advocacy and Launch of Digital Marketplace

The Equipment Leasing Registration Authority (ELRA) participated in a stakeholders’ meeting hosted by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) in Kano, where Dr. Emmanuel Metuaghan of ELRA highlighted the importance of lease registration and ELARC eligibility in strengthening transparency and compliance.He also presented the ELRA Marketplace as a digital platform connecting verified lessors and lessees, reaffirming ELRA’s commitment to supporting procurement reforms and improving access to equipment nationwide.
